GENERAL BAYVIEW OBJECTIVES AND PHILOSOPHY
We are a Georgia corporation in good standing, incorporated on June 7, 1984 and duly authorized and licensed to conduct business in the state of Georgia. The president and CEO is Dean Donald, the vice-president is Sue Donald. We are fully automated, with state-of-the-art computers, mailing equipment, copy equipment, fax, etc. We use a computer program specifically designed for community association management, (CINC SYSTEMS). Due to the fact that we are a full-service community association management company, we do not sub-contract any of our management services. (i.e. billing, typing, etc.) All work is done by our in-house qualified staff. Our only business is the management of and caring for community associations. We offer only association management services to the community associations we manage. We are not involved with any real estate purchase or lease arrangements. There are no judgments, claims, arbitration proceedings or suits pending or outstanding against our firm or its officers. CEO and President Dean Donald has earned the designations of Association Management Specialist and Professional Community Association Manager from the Community Association Institute, Certified Manager of Community Associations from the National Board and
