GENERAL BAYVIEW OBJECTIVES AND PHILOSOPHY
We are a Georgia corporation in good standing, incorporated on June 7, 1984 and duly authorized and licensed to conduct business in the state of Georgia. The president and CEO is Dean Donald, the vice-president is Sue Donald. We are fully automated, with state-of-the-art computers, mailing equipment, copy equipment, fax, etc. We use a computer program specifically designed for community association management, (CREATIVE COMMUNITY SOFTWARE). Due to the fact that we are a full-service community association management company, we do not "sub-contract" any of our management services. (i.e. billing, typing, etc.) All work is done by our in-house qualified staff. Our only business is the management of and caring for community associations. Other than our in-house maintenance staff (which we make available to our client associations for their day-to-day maintenance needs), we offer only association management services to the community associations we manage. There are no judgments, claims, arbitration proceedings or suits pending or outstanding against our firm or its officers. Your community would be managed by Dean Donald who has attained the designation of Association Management Specialist and Professional Community Association Manager from the Community Association Institute, Certified Manager of Community Associations from the National Board, and is also the qualifying Broker for Bayview as licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
